Back Acne Treatment At Home

Cure The Acne On Your Back For Little Or No Money

Back Acne Treatment At Home-Its amazing how much money you have probably spent on acne cleansers, when some of the best stuff can be found at home, and it costs a fraction of the price. If your looking for a back acne treatment at home regime that you can use, that's really easy to follow and shows great results, then you've found what your looking for. I've been using this method to get rid of the acne on my back for the last couple months. I'm happy to say that while my acne was pretty stubborn to all other at home treatments, this one finally took care of the pimples on my back.

Cure The Acne On Your Back For Little Or No Money

Have you ever heard of apple cider vinegar? You probably have, and if you haven't, then its time you get acquainted with it. Its been used for many years as a natural treatment to clean out the system for diseases amongst other things, but until recently people have just started noticing its positive affect on acne. Not to mention it costs around six dollars.

Not too shabby if you ask me.

There are two ways that you can use apple cider vinegar (ACV). You can drink it, with water of course, and you can apply it topically, to the surface of your skin, to the areas that have pimples. I recommend doing both for the best results.

When you drink ACV it helps clean out your body of any toxins that you might have lingering in your system. It also helps with the imbalance of hormones in your body that eventually lead to more breakouts. The overall complexion of your skin throughout your entire body is also positively affected. The only down fall of drinking this stuff, is the taste. Wow, does it taste bad. But once you start seeing how well it works at getting rid of back acne, you wont care what it taste like.

I try to drink ACV once in the morning, and once in the evening. Adding two teaspoons of ACV to 1 eight once cup of water, I down the whole thing in one go (like one big shot). I'd recommend not breathing out of your nose for at least thirty seconds because of the taste. Like I said, do this once in the morning, and once in the evening. You might have an easier time with the taste, I think I'm just a big baby about it.

For faster results, apply ACV to your skin in the evening. I prefer to do this while I'm taking a shower so that I don't smell of the apple cider vinegar for the rest of the evening. Mix 50 percent ACV and 50 percent water into the container of your choice, and using either your hand or a gentle scrubber, rub onto the areas with acne. Let it sit there for a couple minutes so the vinegar can do its work, then rinse.

Using ACV is a great back acne treatment at home method that wont hurt the bank and if used correctly, will yield some awesome results. I wish you luck, and have a great one!

Chest Acne Causes And Manifestations

Chest Acne - Causes and Manifestations

Chest Acne Causes And Manifestations-There are different forms of chest acne. It may come in the form of bumps or pimples, whiteheads and blackheads, or cysts and pustules. One or more forms may appear on the chest. But, red acne bumps are the most common.

Chest Acne - Causes and Manifestation

To prevent acne from occurring, the person should understand exactly what causes it. Hence, below are some of the factors that trigger the development of acne or aggravates the existing condition:

1. Hormonal Changes or Imbalance

A change in hormonal levels or imbalance is considered as the main cause of acne outbreaks. An increase in the level of hormones in the body can lead to overproduction of sebum. Presence of too much sebum can clog the pores on the skin. This collects dirt, as well as dead skin cells, and makes the perfect environment for the bacteria to grow and multiply.

Androgen or testosterone, which is found in both men and women, is the chief hormone associated to the release of sebum or oil. When there is an increased level of testosterone in the body, the glands secrets excess sebum as well. In women, acne erupts or worsens prior to having menstruation. Pregnant and menopausal women also get chest acne.

2. Stress

Stress is considered as a triggering and aggravating factor of chest acne. It does not directly cause acne, but it enhances the growth of it by increasing the release of hormones that produce more sebum. In this case, emotional and physical stress significantly triggers acne on the chest.

Research showed that men and women who are suffering from emotional pressures in work and school are highly affected with acne than those who don't. Also, outbreaks are often observed in people with emotional and mental stress. Individuals with physical stress refer to those with poor diet and lack of exercise.

3. Diet

The relationship between foods and the appearance of chest acne has not been clearly laid out by the scientists. However, it has been shown that there are particular types of food that trigger the growth of chest acne. For example, nuts and chocolates are just some of the many foods that doctors would recommend not eating, or at least limit the consumption for acne-prone people.

4. Improper Hygiene

Obviously, an unclean body is more prone to chest acne, and acne on other parts of the body. Sweat, dirt, including dead skin cells and sebum provides a good environment for the bacteria to live. However, excessive washing and cleansing can also cause acne since the skin generates more oil to compensate dryness. Touching and popping the acne can also worsen the skin condition.

Careless use of several cosmetic products can also cause acne. Oil-based skin products can clog the pores and worsen the acne condition. Some ingredients found on deodorants, sunscreens and moisturizers, as well as make-up items may be harmful to the skin. This will promote the growth of acne, or worse, aggravate the condition.

There are several ways to treat body acne or chest acne. One of these include sulfur acne treatment, an effective remedy for those unsightly flaws on your chest.

Tip # 1

You can loosen the cells of skin scars by applying a facial oil softener. Pour 1 tsp. of a non-comedogenic oil such as olive or castor oil on your hands, and spread on your face or affected areas. Use your fingers to massage the oil deeply into skin, focusing on the areas that are most scarred. After 3 to 5 minutes, fill a bowl with boiling water. Cover your head with a towel, and take steam on your face. After five minutes of receiving the steam, use a damp cloth to clean the oil. Repeat this process 3 times in a week.

Tip # 2

Applying a mild exfoliant, like baking soda, will help your skin renew faster. It is composed of smooth and rounded particles that can polish dead cells from your skin without damaging or irritating the skin. Pour a tablespoon of baking soda on the palm of your hand, and a few drops of water on it to create a paste. Lightly apply the paste of baking soda on your affected skin and gently massage in small circular motions with your fingers and rinse off this paste with warm water after 2 minutes. Avoid eye area which is delicate and easily irritated. Repeat this paste and massaging process 3 times in a week. Skin Specialist Mike Walden.

Tip # 3

Reconstruction of skin cells by applying a toner high in vitamin C such as lemon juice is another way to erase acne scars. Vitamin C helps your skin to regenerate faster by removing dead cells and replacing them with new skin. Applying lemon juice over the skin removes scarred areas more quickly, and promotes a more even skin, giving a uniform tone. Fill an empty spray bottle with concentrated lemon juice, and sprinkle on the skin after exfoliation. Avoid applying lime juice near the eye area which can become irritated. Allow your skin to dry naturally, and repeat this up to 3 times a week.

How to Get Rid of Chest Acne - 7 Great Tips You Should Know

How to Get Rid of Chest Acne -7 Great Tips You Should Know-Acne does not only affect the face. It can affect the back, butt or even the chest in people. In general, it is difficult to treat and get rid of chest acne as the skin is a lot thicker than in the face. However, there are ways to get rid of chest acne fast and this article will give you 8 very useful pointers that will help you get rid of chest acne.

Chest Acne

How to Get Rid of Chest Acne with 7 Great Tips

How to get rid of chest acne - 7 Great Tips:

  1. Use an exfoliating soap scrub when you take a bath. - Gently scrub your chest, back or other affected areas to get rid of dead skin cells. Whatever you do, do not roughly scrub the area affected by acne as it will only make things much worse. Keep the scrubbing very light.
  2. Maintain good hygiene - Acne is nothing but bacteria that grows in the pores of your skin. Good hygiene will go a long way in protecting you from acne breakouts and is in fact one of the best way to stay acne free. If you perspire too much, make it a point to take a shower and never go to bed with a sweaty shirt or sweaty body.
  3. Loose and comfortable clothing - Acne will usually flourish under tight clothing which will block and clog the pores of the skin. Wear loose and comfortable clothes that will allow your skin to breathe through the day. Also, try to avoid carrying heavy backpacks as even this can cause acne on some areas of the chest and back. Cotton is good choice for acne friendly clothing whereas a synthetic material such as nylon is a bad choice.
  4. Go to your local drug store to find a good body cleanser that is specifically designed to work against acne. You will find a few products that match this criterion. Ideally, the body wash should contain mandelic acid which is great for acne treatments.
  5. Applying too much - Some people make the mistake of applying layers of creams and topical solutions to the acne on the chest. This is a bad method. Your best bet would be to try any or all of the above methods while just allowing your skin to breathe naturally.
  6. Keep your bed linen very clean. -You must wash them at least once a week. If you have a lot of chest and back acne, you might want to wash your linen more frequently. Some people have experienced a dramatic reduction in acne just because they changed or washed their linens more frequently.
  7. Applying a Mask - Once a week, try to apply a mask with ingredients such as tea tree oil. Ask your pharmacist for a suitable mask if you are not sure of what to buy. You will need to apply this once a week and wait for it to dry before showering. This can be a great maintenance procedure that will keep your chest acne in control.

The quick 7 tips I just shared above did helped clear my acne(to a certain degree) and I'm sure it'll help you as well.

But honestly, if you want clear skin, I'll not lie to you... It's NOT easy and you'll need a detailed step-by-step guide to do it RIGHT.

I have read a couple of acne related books and I'd have to say that "Acne No More" covers the MOST grounds. - However, I still dislike certain aspects of the book. I'll reveal them in my acne no more review here.
